so close-by, I guess it's not all that surprising. The people are great and I know from personal experience that it is a great place for a family to raise a kid or two.
The best areas in Hudson to find a bite to eat have got to be the Pier 500 with it's awesome views of the river, and Stone Tap, an awesome pub with comfort food and great beer. Hudson has become a tourist destination, and hotels have popped up everywhere, along with shopping options and great food. We even have the historic octagonal house that is registered as a historic site worth checking out.
