Build on a lot, buy with a lake, golf course or forest view! Why did we endure so many years in Florida, when we could have retired here? No alligators, low property taxes, lake-front home at $150 a square foot! A miraculous 24,000 acre paradise, thirty minutes from hopping Hot Springs, 45 minutes from Little Rock.       What a beautiful place we live in here in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas! Breathtaking scenery, amazing vistas, lush forest, mountainous terrain all make up the amazing landscapes here in Hot Springs Village. If you have yet to visit us here, be sure to stop by! Living in Hot Springs Village has been a tremendous experience. It seems like there is always a nearby discovery waiting to be found.

      The best places in Hot Springs Village to find food and entertainment would have to be off the North State Highway 7, where there are many eateries for the passerby traffic traveling through the state, but on weekends many locals will gather at the bars and pubs to socialize. People have a misconception about small-town life as if rurality means you have no community. This is simply not the case in Hot Springs Village, you don't have to go far before you see a friendly face. Most folks in my neighborhood know each other fairly well. If you're looking to live in a place surrounded by a uniquely wonderous landscape then Hot Springs Village just might be the place for you!
