Herriman: Surrounded by Beautiful Mountains 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) Herriman is a great place in Utah to live in, especially if you like to go hiking or spend time outdoors. It's not far from Twin Peaks which is a mountain range over two miles tall. It's the best area in Herriman in my opinion. It's close enough to Salt Lake City that you can commute to work if you want, which opens up a lot of opportunities. There are a lot of young professionals here and the area is pretty fun. In terms of shopping and restaurants, Herriman has just basic options. Anything more than that and you'll have to drive to a neighboring town or Salt Lake City.

Overall it's a small, quiet city that can offer you more in the way of outdoor activities than shopping or visiting restaurants. If that's what you like, you'll probably enjoy living in Herriman as much as me. Read Less
