She took in 9 thousand dollars in donations so far and had hundreds of offers to rehome her pitbull . She voluntarily put the dog down as it had a history of attacking uprovoked, stayed ...Read More with the boyfriend and cashed in. The local media and powerful nonprofits used her story to get people from around the world to push Hazel Park leaders into overturning our pitbull ban. We need our media outlets like Fox 2 and Oakland Press to be more careful in the future to protect our communities honor, homerule and our money.
