Happy Valley, The Name Says It All User Rating 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 16, 2018) I seriously thought it was some sort of joke when the wife mentions that we would be living in Happy Valley, Oregon. As a stay at home father, I usually spend my days tending to our home while the wife works. I will tell you I have not yet lived in a place where I feel safe like I do here. The nights are peaceful, something I don't remember living in the Midwest. The Powell Butte Nature Park is to the north and we spend our weekends their usually.

Now as a father with a family of four, education is of utmost importance. The school systems here are amazing, and the children are typically advanced in their studies. I know when we go home my kids always have something to show or teach their cousins back home! Read Less
