A Sweet Southern City User Rating 4 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) I love that Greenwood Mississippi encompasses the southern lifestyle that is what Mississippi is all about. This town is a smaller town and the quaint small city life still exists while living here. I seriously enjoy that the community is great.

This city is a lower income cit ...Read More y that is populated mostly with the black race. These people are the sweetest black people that I have ever met. They understand family and enjoy living in a great community. Everyone, even the twenty percent of white people that live in the city are considered family.

Entertainment in the city of Greenwood Mississippi is centered around the family and community as well. I love that it is common to stop in and have a cup of tea with the town locals and catch up. You always feel welcome wherever you go in this city. These people are entertaining and they can simply create their own nightlife with very little. This city is a down home southern city in the heart of Mississippi. Read Less
