Once a nice place to live, City and County managers have utterly failed its citizens. Incredible drop in quality of life over the past few years. G.P. is not only a poverty pit, but a magnet for trashy people, ignorant and unkempt. Police are nowhere to be seen as crime and vagra ...Read More
ncy skyrocket. The greatest crime is how the City has allowed the town to crash in quality if life. The ONLY factor keeping this 30 year resident in Grants Pass are family commitments. Situational awareness is an absolute necessity going anywhere in this unsafe town.

In the past 10 years our safe little quiet town has dramatically changed. A lot of drugs, homelessness and high crime. People from all around the country coming her thinking they are going to get rich growing pot or hemp. The quality of life here has gone down substantially. If y ...Read More

Grants Pass is a lovely small town full of small town people who will mostly carry on living there forever just like their parents did. Nothing wrong with that I suppose. It's a pretty town with a river flowing through it. A few good restuarants. Low stress life overall. And love ...Read More
ly nature and seasons. I have no idea how it got a crime rating of F, from what I experienced there was very little crime, particularly not serious crime. I presonally wouldn't move back to GP because I like more people than that, but it is one of the better small towns in Oregon.
