n enjoy just driving around, looking at the historic homes, the darling little shops along Main Street, taking a trip out to Eastern Point Lighthouse.
Gloucester is well-known for the many dolphin and whale-watching opportunities found here. You can charter a boat to watch these majestic creatures at play, or you can do a bit of snorkeling, scuba diving, or fishing while taking in the fresh air and gorgeous natural scenery. There is nothing like spending time in nature, unspoiled, vibrant and relaxing.
Many people living in Gloucester have built their lives and careers here, taking advantage of the lovely year-round weather, exceptional schools, and low-crime rate. I am not alone in my opinion that this is one of the best areas in the country in which one could live.
