Fort Carson, CO - A Sight to Behold User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) Living in Fort Carson, CO is proven to be the best of two worlds. On one hand it is a small city nestled right outside of Colorado Springs and a short Drive from Denver. Then you have the beautiful rustic landscape that makes you feel like you are in a wilderness and not the city ...Read More at all. I have been able to soak in all of the culture and history of Fort Carson, and can not see my self anywhere else but here.

The majestic mountains are a beautiful backdrop to any early morning or late evening. So its no surprise that this city has great wildlife and outdoors activities available in the community. The fishing and beautiful parks are just a short drive away, giving you that lazy haze feeling. I simply sit back and relax some days and just watch the sun kiss the landscape.

The night life here is fun too! With so many nearby restaurants and bars, I'm never bored. The school system is good as well, hopefully when I settle down my children will attend the top area schools here. I have the greatest of choices when it comes to shopping, I can go a few miles to Denver or Colorado Springs. Read Less
