Fenton Michigan: Great Place With a Small Town Atmosphere User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) I experienced pleasant moments while living in Fenton Michigan. A majority of the city is located in Genesee County. Fenton is close to Rochester Michigan. The city has average scholastic academics and employment prospects. The housing market is currently at a slight disadvantage ...Read More , as there are not many homes on the market as of recently. Fenton has no signs of crime. The neighborhoods are secure and I have never experienced or heard of any incidents. Weather climates are wonderful here, it’s nice to go through all four seasons.

Some of the best areas in Fenton Michigan surround the Silver Pointe Shopping Center. There is plenty shopping here, as well as upscale dining venues. There is a bunch to do in the area. Fenton gives way to picnics, weekend community barbeques, health-related drives and initiatives, natural park settings, fishing, swimming, and the like. The town works diligently on expansion and redevelopment projects. The town is growing, so diversity and culture are on a rise. Fenton has a great small town atmosphere. Read Less
