Not A Great Place User Rating 1 rating By Anonymous ( Dec 02, 2021) West Ward of Easton Needs to fix the problems around the area. Kids are harassing people. Shooting over the course of months especially during the summer. Residents have to put security cameras/ Alarms in and around there homes. Commercial Properties can't have sitting areas beca ...Read More use of teens harassing there properties. Stores are losing business due to gang activity. A lot of people need to get out of the area. The city stopped growing User Rating 2.5 rating By thein.tun.aung ( Apr 20, 2014) I lived in Easton for 3 years. Its a small town with few activities. I don't recommend to stay in downtown area because of higher crime rate. West of the city is very nice neighborhood.

To the west, Bethlehem and Allentown are growing cities. Easy to commute through US 22, US
...Read More 33. I-78 is not far from US-22. Quite accessible to New York City and Philadelphia. That's why real estate is still strong in this region.

Food-wise, Blue Grillhouse, Marinelli's Pizza shops are OK. Not strikingly good but edible. Shopping centers are not crowded, very nice. Wal-mart, Best Buy, Kohl. Every shop you imagine except Costco. Sam's club is close by.

Nice little town to retire, quite and peaceful. But do not expect changes and vibrant community. Saturday farmers market and Beer Pub are all you have. Read Less
