Living in Easton, MD is ok. I've definitely lived in worse places, but I have lived in better ones too. It's not one of the best areas in Maryland, but it does have some qualities that make it a decent place to live. The weather is pretty consistently great all year long. There are some beautiful old homes here that have been restored or really well cared for. The job market is kind of slow here, but there are jobs to be had. The schools are pretty good here too, with a fair graduation rate.
There's not a lot to choose from by way of entertainment or nightlife, but we do have a pretty cool place called the Academy Art Museum that offers art classes for adults and kids of all ages, even as young as pre-school. There's the Amish Market where you can find all kinds of fresh produce and home-made goods, and there's Eating Easton, a food tour experience that showcases the different restaurants in the area and what they have to offer. Easton is a decent place to put down roots.
