Dublin is a very expensive part of the East Bay and features some of the most beautiful homes in all of Northern California. ...Read More There is no question that this is a very desirable place to live and the majority of people that own homes in this area live an exceptionally lavish life.

Not only are the homes magnificent, but the restaurants, shopping and nightlife are all exceptional as well. The retailers in this area cater to the high class lifestyles that the residents in the area possess. Dublin is in the East Bay and consistently gets lumped in with dangerous areas that also occupy the territory, such as Oakland and Richmond. The fact of the matter is that there is a mountain range that separates the two areas and rarely do people from the Oakland side of the hill come into Dublin. This area is situated in a great overall location as well, as you can access San Jose to the south in about thirty minutes, Oakland to the West in about twenty minutes and San Francisco in about thirty to forty minutes.

A lot of business owners from major companies throughout the Bay Area end up living in this area, due to its proximity, high quality housing and the plethora of things to do. The landscape in this area is beautiful as well, with sprawling Northern California hills filled with greenery. There is no question that if you are fortunate enough to live in Dublin that it is safe to say you've made it in life. Read Less
