I grew up in a small midwestern town and the move here to Dover, NJ was really on a leap of faith. People say that folks aren't as friendly here and I find that to be utterly false. The schools are great and the options are even better when it comes to practically everything. Whether you get your groceries at Bravo on Blackwell Street, or Shoprite over in Rockaway, you will definitely stop at least 3 places in between.
I know that not much is said about crime prevention nowadays, but I must comment the police and citizens within the city. We have had lower rates than the state for years now and it seems like that trend is gonna continue!
