Living in Diamond Springs reminds me of some of cities in California i try to avoid. Diamond Springs may have a great social atmosphere and a ton of activities to occupy the mind, but they don't have safe enough areas to live. The crime in this area is ridiculous, the cost of living is way too high for an area with this much crime. This city has a thousand T-shirt design shops and yet they manage to stay in business with all of this bad crime and high cost.
The best areas in Diamond Springs are the gyms, my favorite is the Jammin' Dance and Fitness gym on Enterprise Drive. It is a fun sporty environment for people of pretty much any age. I feel like I have traveled back in time when I go here. I don't care about the crime or cost of living when I'm in their studio dancing. I learned so much from this place and I love going every day.
I have found that almost every city in California I have been to has had good weather, I have no complaints about Diamond Springs social atmosphere or their weather, but almost everything else is lacking. They have decent housing and education programs for student, but that's about as good as it gets.
