One of the best kept secrets! 4.5 rating By Mtomashot ( Nov 16, 2016) I guess my opinion could b a lil biased because I grew up in Belmont but I think it's a great neighborhood. This website gives Belmont a F for crime but it's almost always n Dayton not the Belmont part. Belmont is very quite and very low key. There's a disc golf course where alot ...Read More of the local characters hang out. If your single there's plenty of 1 been apts or rentals to chose from and the pricing isn't bad. Same goes for couples but there's also a few bars and sum locally owned restaurants in wats become known as "down town Belmont" You gotta try Slyders wings! And for families the public schools n the area are good especially for the younger kids they are all almost brand new including the high school. The people in Belmont are all pretty friendly and we look out for our neighbors, there's also several churches n the area plenty of fast food places and mini marts. I think I've covered everything if you move here let me know you opinion! Read Less
