Stay Away from Burnt Hickory Estates User Rating 0.5 rating By Anonymous ( Oct 06, 2019) Spent 5 years in this community and can honestly say it was the most miserable experience of our existence. We lived next to a single father w/ two kids. Every weekend was packed full of parties, loud music, ATV riding, and cars coming and going at all hours of the day (w/ sus ...Read More picious activities). I prayed on a daily basis that my husband wouldn't take matters into his own hands; we called the cops at least 10 times. The Mayberry police were incompetent and are a joke. MOVED OUT AS SOON AS OUR JOBS ALLOWED. Stay away. (Just found out there was a major meth lab bust a couple of months ago. Google it). Read Less

Sparkles Family Fun Center is also nearby; this indoor playground has lots of activities that the kids will enjoy.

Mt. Tabor Park is a beautiful outdoor park in the Dallas area that makes it easy to spend more time outdoors, since there is space for walking and biking. You can also check out High Shoals Falls to see the beautiful waterfalls the area has to offer. Paulding Fine Arts is another popular attraction that features creative and eye-catching art pieces that tell the history of Dallas and features artists from various parts of the world. Read Less
