Crowley, Louisiana: Not the Best Place, but Not the Worst Either 2 rating By Anonymous ( May 16, 2018) Living in Crowley, Louisiana has not been the best experience for my family. This is not the worst place that we have had to live due to my job, but we have definitely lived in better. The crime rate is high in this area and that is only one concern that I have.

Another concer ...Read More n that I have is that the local public school system here does have its shortcomings. There is currently a lot of competition in this area between several private schools and the public system. My children are in the public schools and they are learning, but the environment could be improved.

The best areas in Crowley, Louisiana is probably actually the people in the community. The people here are friendly for the most part. It does seem like most of the local citizens are trying to improve things, but it only takes a handful of bad apples to create havoc and that is what seems to be happening a lot in this area.
