My Kids Enjoy Dalton Park in Citrus User Rating 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) I've been living in Citrus California for the last 3 years and have enjoyed the small town community in this up-and-coming suburban town on the outskirts of Los Angeles California. The schools in Citrus are not the best but my kids enjoy the relationships they have developed with ...Read More the other classmates. There is some crime in Citrus but not more than you will find typically in most cities around the country.


The best areas in Citrus are around Dalton Park where I and my kids enjoy spending long Sunday afternoons playing in this park and enjoying the amenities that come with it. There are lots of shops and various cultural and recreational opportunities in Citrus that enable you to have lots of conveniences that are typically not in small close-knit communities like this one. There is not a lot of nightlife but if you want to enjoy the city Los Angeles is not that far away. If you're looking for a small community to enjoy on the outskirts of Los Angeles Citrus is a great place to live and raise a family. Read Less
