Yes Cartersville has some nice spots, but a sprawling gap in economic levels which most cities do. It is how the government treats these. Cartersville is also full of history, historic districts which include some that are aging very poorly. If you live in one that the city does ...Read More
not support good luck with anything from water main breaks (they'll put a bandaid on it), to very poor sewage and storm water systems. They won't do a darn thing about those. And I have run into several very, very shady things about the government. City officials that hang up on you or do not return correspondence, to a vial lack of accountability when it comes to protocol and procedures to general record keeping. So very sorry I moved here.

Cartersville is a small city with lots of charming attractions, but is close enough to the Atlanta metropolitan area so that you'll have access to award-winning restaurants and shopping amenities.

to see their favorite animals up close. Etowah Indian Mounds State Park is also in the city, and is a historic site that teaches you more about the Native Americans who founded the area.
Educational and entertaining events include a visit to the Tellus Science Museum, which features information about prehistoric creatures like dinosaurs. The Bartow History Museum also provides artifacts and portraits from some of the most talented creatives in the city and state.
As the perfect ending to the day, Spiltrail Vineyard is a wonderful place to visit when you want to learn about delicious wines that will pair well with your favorite foods. Or, you can check out Scott's Walk-Up BBQ for classic southern fare that will make your time in the city even more enjoyable.
