I lived here for ten years, mostly in the '90s. It had a little bit of a rural feel. Now it is overdeveloped and crowded. There is shopping but I dare you to find a parking spot. I would give the climate a C. It's pretty boring - sunny and 90s, sunny and 90s, sunny and 90s, sunny and 90s... Some of the people have a clueless trophy wife vibe but I won't put that label on everyone. I see that rent is astronomical. The place I rented for $725 a month now goes for over $3000. I'm doing the numbers in my head but I'm getting 400% inflation in 20 years.
