Broken Arrow, Oklahoma lies in the northeastern part of the state and although not blessed with scenic mountains, lakes and streams, the city's tree lined streets give it a quaint and homey ambiance. There's plenty to do for the visitor from art museums, a safari animal sanctuary, and the town playhouse to the Bluebell ice cream factory. The city hosts the a professional rodeo in June.

Broken Arrow hosts accommodations from bed and breakfasts to rooming houses and well-appointed hotels and for a prairie city the choices of eateries are quite international with restaurants offering Asian, Mexican, Oriental and Italian cuisine.
