Braintree Town: A Great Boston Suburb User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) I've lived in Braintree Town a while and in New England my whole life and love it. Braintree Town is a great city a little south of Boston with its own unique vibe. Getting around Braintree is pretty easy for the most part. There's bus service in the area, plus the T (the regiona ...Read More l train system) that can bring you right to Boston.

The winters are your typical New England winters that can sometimes bring you a few feet of snow, so if you're new to the area from a warmer climate make sure you have some good snow boots. The summers are beautiful though, especially when all the trees start to bloom.

There are a lot of opportunities for college education in the area and the job market is focused a lot on finance, healthcare, and technology so if you work in those fields, there's a good chance you'll find a career that suits you well. Read Less
