This city can be very calm aside from the busy city life in other major cities nearby. Avocado Heights is rated highly for its beautiful homes and affordabil ...Read More ity. This city has plenty of convenient amenities around such as the Friendly Hills Country Club, Smith Park, and The Commerce Casino and Hotel. Along with that, there are plenty of outdoor activities to do such as visiting the beach, national parks, and biking around town. You can also enjoy a drive to Long Beach only a few hours out! In this area, there are also great schools for children. Employment numbers are also great making the cost of living here suitable for families. Be sure to stop by Avocado Heights, CA for some fun in the sun and venturing out to try new things! I have been here numerous times for vacations and loved every moment and adventure! Read Less
