City of Bordum 1.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 16, 2018) I had been living in Arvin California for a while and it is honestly not worth the cost. It is unrealistic to live in a city that has nothing to offer its community. Arvin is definitely not for someone who loves social atmospheres with nightlife and shopping. This place has four ...Read More stores to shop at. I lived here for a while just to get away for a bit and live more casually, but this is a bit too casual.

The only amenities here are their clothing stores and they literally only have four. Nena’s Fashions is probably the best area in Arvin. I usually go there because they get everything first before the other stores, however, there is not much to choose from when it comes to style out here anyway.

All in all, this is not my cup of tea. I think that they need to branch out, their lack of activities may be the reason why there is so much crime in the area, people here must be bored or something. Read Less
