Arroyo Grande is a moderately quit beach town with amazing food/restaurants, a cute little village where the roosters blend into the city life. There are plenty of parks and so much to do but the town is less known by tourists outside the area so you get a small town vibe and the tourists go next door to Grover Beach. There is wine tasting, fine dinning and service clubs. The schools are some of the top rated in the county. The local beaches are just beautiful and you can visit both the mountains and the beach within and hour. AMAZING city, great recreation and safe community.

I feel like living in Arroyo Grande is a dream come true for me and my family. Not only do you get to experience this amazing California lifestyle, you get it all in a small city platform. Only issue that I will mention is the fact that you have to be financially equipped to live here, due to the higher cost of living.

One thing that long time residents have noticed is the safety factors that the police force in Arroyo Grande provide you with. As one of the main perks, I find that there is plenty to do in and around the Grover Beach Area. Not one to boast or brag, but not much beats this California living.

With all of that being said, I think I'll go ahead and wrap this up. We have a meeting in about 30 minutes, and I bet you can't guess where. Yup, we have having it right on the beach. Hope you enjoy, and be sure to give a visit!
