They say you would be lucky to find someone who isn't. The children are rude and there is no diversity. If someone non white shows up it seems like they woul ...Read More d get arrested in Andover. Although the kids do some very sneaky things. Andover is a great town to live in if you're 50 or older. It's actually quite a boring, rude, unwelcoming town. Also it is very expensive around this area. But that doesn't seem to be a problem for those who live there. Overall, just be prepared to come to a special area. Read Less
