Unhappy in McDonald County 1 rating By Unhappy camper ( Jun 05, 2017) This country has changed very little in the 40+ years l.have lived in the area. If l didn't have family here, l wouldn't even visit here. The towns are all under 2,000 people. There is no where to shop for clothing, unless you go to Neosho, Joplin or Northwest Arkansas. Same goes ...Read More for nightlife. There is none unless you go to the redneck dives in Noel. The schools here are all Title I schools, which means most of the students are on free or reduced lunch. I wouldn't recommend moving here to anyone. Read Less
