Nestled in a corner near the San Pablo Bay, is American Canyon. I've actually been living in American Canyon for nearly 5 years now, and while it isn't perfect, it suits my needs just fine. You can't beat the weather, with 70 degree temperatures in the summer time, and there is everything you need withing a very close vicinity.

I think the fact that I'm a bit on the older side helps with my ability to live, and love life living in American Canyon. The demographic is a bit older, and we all tend to keep our homes looking nice. There is a bit more crime here and there than before, but nothing serious. Also, if you're moving here and want some really great Mexican food, definitely try out Mi Zacatecas Family Restaurant over on American Canyon Rd.

Buying a home here might be tough, due to the market being pretty high right now. So looking into apartments or condos might be a good option for some. I would love to see even more folks settle down here, because the city has a lot to offer.
