As a recent resident of Akron living in Good Year heights, I like the unique and varied architecture of the homes. It is a walkable neighborhood and close to a big metro park, and a good city park. Good Year heights has many lifelong residents. I see a lot of movement to the a ...Read More
rea and a lot of home renovations. I would say that more people are owners; yet many homes are rentals. I love that their is still a neighborhood theatre and their is an excellent view of the old blimp hanger. Did I mention that it is so close to downtown, the interstate, and public transportation routes? I have high expectations for the 'hood and I hope it just keeps getting better and better! #GYHeightslife!
