I think it is overpriced for what the location is. You can take the Omnibus to DC at the Dale City commuter lot but otherwise you have to drive about 20-30 minutes to get to the nearest Metro (Franconia-Springfield). Expect to spend a lot of time on I-95 if you are commuting into DC by car. Read Less
