Woodbridge is the hub to buy anything amongst its surrounding cities, even the IKEA is here. Everyone comes here to shop.

A lot of commuters live in the Woodbridge area, so there is almost always medium to heavy car traffic. There are some sidewalks in town but it really depends on what area in town you live in. There is almost nothing but houses and traffic in the south/west sides of town and moder ...Read More
ate shopping and businesses in the north and east sides of town. I think it is overpriced for what the location is. You can take the Omnibus to DC at the Dale City commuter lot but otherwise you have to drive about 20-30 minutes to get to the nearest Metro (Franconia-Springfield). Expect to spend a lot of time on I-95 if you are commuting into DC by car.

I'll keep this short and sweet. I've lived in Woodbridge for 25 years and I can honestly say that this is one of the best places that I know of to live and to raise a family. Being just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Washington D.C allows for plenty of things to do for the nig ...Read More
htlife and weekends. Also being so rich in American History, the Woodbridge area just privileges all of its resident to a different and truly beautiful brand of culture. So I would encourage anyone who is looking for a beautiful historic and truly cultural place live and more importantly raise you family Woodbridge would be a place to begin your search!
