Wheeling is Unique and Home of Capitol Music Hall 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) My family and I have enjoyed living in Wheeling, West Virginia over the last year-and-a-half. There is a lot to do in Wheeling for it to be such a small city. The city is home to the Capitol Music Hall, the Heritage Port Amphitheater, and Smart Center that gives families a lot of ...Read More diversity in activities to enjoy within the city. The schools in Wheeling are average but my kids love the experience they have at their small schools because they are able to create long-term friendships with their classmates. One of the best areas in Wheeling is off of 22nd Street near the Smart Center.

Wheeling is also home of the Wheeling Nailers a hockey team that is exciting to watch and I and my family love to enjoy the games and the atmosphere in the sports complex. Nightlife in Wheeling is pretty limited and there are not a lot of opportunities to enjoy diversity in clubs and bars. However, there are a lot of restaurants and other shopping opportunities for individuals to enjoy. My family will continue to live in Wheeling over the next few years and it is a great place to live and raise my family. Read Less
