There's a good selection of restaurants to choose from, including some great pizza places and a good seafood restaurant too. There's plenty of places where you can grab a fresh cup of coffee as well. Owning a home is slightly more expensive in Wheeling than the state average, but when you factor in the crime rate is much lower, it's certainly worth it.

There isn't much in the way of public transportation, so having your own car will help a lot. The city does have a good amount of grocery stores and shopping options though, so you won't have to drive too far at least. Read Less
