West Chicago, IL is one of the farther west suburbs of the Chicago area. West Chicago is a fun town to visit, with one of the main attractions being the Turtle Splash Water Park. West Chicago is also home to the county's main airport, Du Page Airport, which serves mostly business ...Read More
es and cargo airliners. West Chicago is a safe community with a well trained police force keeping the crime rates low. The public school system is excellent with a low student to teacher ratio thus keeping students first.
Shopping and nightlife in the city are decent. West Chicago is close to Schaumburg, which houses Woodfield Mall (one of the largest malls in America) and is close to other nightlife and shopping experiences. The weather in the city compares normally to that of the rest of the area. Snowy and frigid winters with humid and hot summers.
Overall, West Chicago is an excellent city to live in. It is perfect for raising a family and is a cost-effective option to the suburbs located closer to the city.
