er, and because of this privilege I am able to frequently visit the beautiful city of Portland while still maintaining Washington residence. This is a fantastic place to live, in fact it is highly ranked by many sources in the "safest places to live in Washington".
I often find myself traveling south to Portland to enjoy the local bars and restaurants, being a Portland Native, it feels great to say I am not far from home when in Washougal..but at this point Washougal feels like home! Some of the best areas in Washougal to grab a meal are close to Highway 14, but it is quite easy to hop on the freeway and head to Portland where the restaurant industry is currently thriving.
