I Love it Here! - Waipio, Hawaii 5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) Imagine waking up every single day with glorious views of the beach as you go for walks feeling the sand between your toes, the sound of the seagulls in the distance, the spray of the surf gently caressing your face. Sounds a little bit like a vacation, doesn't it? For most peopl ...Read More e it would be, for me this is what I get to experience every day living in Waipio, Hawaii and I absolutely love it! I cannot imagine wanting to be anywhere else!

There is always something different to do here, especially island themed. Lua's, terrific food, the opportunity to explore, see wildlife in it's natural habitat, swimming, surfing, soaking in the rays, these are all fun activities to do here. But even more than that the people that call Waipio home are just really awesome people. You have quite a few people that live here that can traces their family lineage on the island back a few generations and as time goes on our senior community is growing also. It's really nice!
