ortation. While there are buses that run almost every hour, the bus stops are far between.
The shopping selection is limited in Verde Village to say the least. While they have a few popular markets, most people I met still chose to go to nearby cities such as Flagstaff and Winslow for monthly groceries or holiday shopping.
The best areas in Verde Village are anywhere in the shade when the summer heat strikes. Summer temps can peak up to 120 degrees towards the end of July and beginning of August. Everyone in the city has some form of air conditioning. This city is quiet but extremely hot.
