There is a quaint historic downtown area, a beautiful golf course and the houses are nicely built. I looked at several homes in the city of Upland and ultimately decided not to buy a home there because the price at the time was not right. There is a really nice community of people living in Upland and most of the houses are older which gives them all character, but some have fallen into disrepair with brings down the look of the area somewhat.

The downtown Upland area has several really cute little antique shops, boutiques and restaurants. They also host a nice farmers market and an annual lemon festival.

This is a city where I have enjoyed visiting and would even consider moving to under the right market conditions. There are great people, homes and atmosphere in Upland and the mountains and airports are also very close. Read Less
