Town filling with drugs and alcohol 0.5 rating By Anonymous ( Mar 09, 2019) I've lives in Troy for a good while now to be able to give my true opinion of this town this is a town being by people who are not willing to clean up are town the city ask you what you want them to do about it when you report things to them there is nobody to in Force the comm ...Read More unity to clean up people have trash and junk all over there jards in there carports there are several people with junk yards around there homes and no one is made to power wash there homes are fix messed up siding they are allowed to use tarps and roofing and siding the city doesn't fix the RDS at all are neighborhood RDS and community RDS are very bad pot holes everywhere school taxes are extremely high for such a small town where nothing is fixed there are not good options for shopping or eating are city isn't allowed to grow main Street elementary is the most raciest school in Troy Missouri they will discriminate your child I have proof of that also there are no safe sidewalks for are children even though if you live within 3 miles they want your children to walk there are to many elementary schools why not have just one school for all boon and Lincoln elementary is big enough why do we need 4 elementary schools that's why we are being taxed so bad for school's tax the town is filling with drugs and drunks bars everywhere you turn this town needs change they need in forced landing and zoning they need someone to step up and clean up Troy Missouri it is becoming unsafe creepy men sleeping in the parks in RVs and campers at night yuck children taking drugs to school homes being allowed to sit condemnable and the most trashy trailer parks I've ever seen here in city limits one across from electronic company and one behind Casey's gas station trash trash trashy Read Less

Troy, MO Is A Place Everyone Feels Welcome! 4 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) Ask anyone who's been living in Troy, MO for more than a week and they will tell you this is one of the best areas in the state to call home. The people here are fantastic. Everyone looks out for one another and when there is a need, the community does not hesitate to come togeth ...Read More er as one. The neighborhoods reflect the pride that the citizens have in their homes and in their town. Everything is clean, well-kept, and pleasing to look at. Our schools do need a bit of work, however. We have some concerning dropout and graduation rates - one being too high, the other being too low. We don't have much of a problem with crime here, and I've always attributed that to the great people who live here.

For fun and entertainment, we have the Saint Louis Zoo, the Budweiser Brewery Experience, Myseum kids interactive museum, Chesterfield Sports Fusion which offers laser tag, mini golf, and rock climbing, and the Saint Louis Science Center. It's a really great place to be. Living here just makes you feel good. Read Less
