Locals are raising taxes by reevaluating land previously rated as ranch/farm to non ranch/farm. This increased my tax by 40000 percent. This has chased away all foreign investment. I have been homeless in trinidad sense december2016 I have been waiting for housing. They are very unhelpful. Its to cold in the winter and way to hot in the summer. Its over ran with homeless because the people in charge here dont care and are crooks. There are no jobs either I had two cancell on me because the guy just don't want to work.
