Crime is also low in the city as I've never experienced or had any issues of the such. Technically most people know each other and everyone pretty much tends to their own business. Although it can appear to be a bit more pricey than elsewhere in the state, it's hard to say that you will find better living than living in Suwanee.
Beautiful homes, the first thing I said when I moved here was how they in fact looked almost like palaces! You also will find it hard to get bored since over the years many active places have popped up. From dance studios to local cuisine, and you can't forget about George Pierce Park.
