RUN DONT WALK FROM SUGARMILL WOODS! 0.5 rating By Anonymous ( Dec 08, 2021) Beware of what the Realtors don't tell you. We moved into this place and at first it was all wonderful, homes were not stamped out and people appeared friendly. This changed after we moved in. There is NO shopping other than a small super Walmart. The best shopping is about 30 mi ...Read More nutes away in every direction. We thought with an annual fee of $100 the neighborhood would have benign rules, WRONG. The rules have rules. The Management Company fines and neighbors snitch on each other. Then there is the Board of Directors. They do not follow Florida Statutes; the CAM lets them get away with everything, they hold meetings at 9 am or 1 pm on a Friday, like working people can go, right? That's what they want. They do not have any working knowledge of how a Board runs, nor are they interested in learning. Please, if you are thinking of moving here, research and research again. Your home will not appreciate in value, and if it does, the BOD will take the profit away when you sell! Read Less
