Zero Crime at A High Cost 4 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) Living in Stoughton, WI means a lot of things for different people. We have a low crime rate which is absolutely incredible, and is definitely one of the things I look at when deciding to relocate. Because of our low crime rate the cost of living get get pretty high depending on ...Read More the space and area of your choice. Housing situations and availability are kind of average and there are no guarantees, so I recommend doing some good research on housing before making your final decision. Employment opportunities are just okay and are slightly above average. The weather, however, is below average but what can you expect living in Wisconsin?

Stoughton offers decent employment opportunity if you're coming out here to find a job or further your career. The incredibly low crime rate is definitely the best highlight of living here. Amenities that come with housing are insanely incredible whether they're included in your housing or you're looking for a plow guy. There are a bunch of great options in our town of extremely talented and well-practiced care takers. We have a decent choosing between local restaurants and coffee shops. Meeting new people and making new friends can be kind of difficult after the first week as there’s very few of us and you’ll have the entire community on your side within 7 days. Read Less
