Beautiful & Exclusive Neighborhood

Spanos Park is an exclusive neighborhood located in the northernmost area of Stockton and is divided into two regions, (1) Spanos Park East and (2) Spanos Park West, via 1-5 and Park West Place. The neighborhood is characterized by its tranquil and exclusive suburban demeanor: sweeping boulevards lined by immaculate landscaping and trees, well-kept subdivisions (both gated and ungated), and statisically highly-rated schools at the elementary, middle, and high school levels in the Stockton and Lodi regions. The area is rather quiet, aside from the frequent sounds of nature that fill the air. A large levy to the south not only acts as a natural buffer from the rest of Stockton, but also provides fishing and leisurely activities on its well-paved trail/bike path. Apart from the southern region, the area is surrounded by agricultural fields which also play a role in Spanos Park's quiet, peaceful nature. While Spanos Park East is the older of the two regions, the area boasts beautifully kempt residences and features Spanos Lake, several parks, and a clubhouse fitted with a pool, tennis courts, and foot access to the lake. The region houses two elementary schools, two middle schools, and the only high school in the Spanos Park area. Spanos Park West, as mentioned, is the newer of the two regions. The area boasts similar amenities as its eastern counterpart, including several parks and a clubhouse fitted with a pool and tennis courts. The area features an elementary school near the westernmost border. The average home price in Spanos West is slightly higher than Spanos East, which can mostly be attributed to its newer houses and a more unified architectural theme between all the subdivisions. Park West Place, an approximate 1,000,000 square feet of retail space nestled between the two regions, boasts a number of shopping, business, and dining amenities, including Target, a Walmart Supercenter (Don't worry, it isn't ghetto), Kohl's, a preschool, upper-end apartments/condos, and much more. In addition, an immaculate golf course, the Spanos Park Reserve, situates itself in close proximity on Eight Mile Road. Overall, Spanos Park is one of the most desirable places to live in Stockton, next to Brookside and Lincoln Village proper. Come visit us and see for yourself!
