Sheridan, WY: A Picture-Perfect Place to Live User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 16, 2018) My wife and I have been living in Sheridan, Wyoming since we were kids. We got married here, raised our kids here, and are now welcoming our grandchildren here. We feel fortunate to live in one of the best areas in Wyoming. While many other places have to deal with bad crime rate ...Read More s, that has never been an issue here. Maybe it has something to do with the great schools, the people who are all like family, and the fact that everyone takes pride in their homes and jobs. We enjoy great weather here, with just a little concern during tornado season, but for the most part, it is beautiful all year long.

Life here is quiet and peaceful, and when we want to have fun we head out to Sibley Lake Campground for the weekend or tour the Trail End State Historic Site for some history and entertainment. There's also the Journeys Center of Wellbeing where you can do some Yoga, enjoy some massage therapy, and get some great tips from the nutritionists on staying healthy by eating right. It's a great place to live! Read Less
