Should be ranked 0 User Rating 0.5 rating By dryback ( May 26, 2015) This place is full of illegal migrant workers and crime has risen considerably the last 10 years.
Corruption is very bad here and this town made national news for the police covering up a murder.
The schools are bad teachers just went on strike and have the 5th highest millage r
...Read More ate in the state of Pennsylvania.
Drug use is rampant here and there has been an increase on overdoses and meth lab busts in the area.
Theres not a lot of jobs here and the place has become a ghost town in some parts of town.
Yes housing is cheap but most of the houses are falling apart and as i said the taxes are high.
The weather sucks and they do not have the tax base to take care of the snow its a nightmare in the winter.
Outmigration rate is high in the northern schuylkill region
Businesses are closing down and food prices are high at local restaurants for the area.
