The Don Gibson Theater is a great place in Shelby to catch a great movie, and ...Read More there are lots of great restaurants nearby so you can catch a bite to eat before or after the movies. Shelby City Park is another ideal attraction, since you can spend time outdoors. There is a walking trail and plenty of areas for a picnic to make the day more memorable.

Owl's Eye Vineyard and Winery is a popular location in Shelby as well, and makes the perfect outing with friends with you want to sample quality wines and learn more about how wine is made.
