San Dimas: A City with Much to Offer 5 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) I loved my time living in San Dimas, CA. The Southern California location meant great weather year-round. The location of San Dimas also meant I was never far from exciting entertainment venues. Within a couple hour drive I could visit the mountains, the gorgeous beaches, an arra ...Read More y of amusement parks or even cruise downtown Hollywood.

San Dimas has a charming downtown area with a western vibe to it. The downtown area is full of great eating options and many shops where I could buy anything from antiques to casual clothing or even wedding attire.

Low crime and mild weather makes it safe to walk around the best areas in San Dimas on days when I wanted to get in some exercise. Living in San Dimas friendly faces soon become friends and top-notch multiplexes and large shopping centers make for great places to meet with friends, both new and old. San Dimas is also a pet-friendly city with dog parks and plenty of hiking trails where I would often take my dog out for a day in the sunshine. Read Less
