Saco Maine: Fun Town USA 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 10, 2018) I experienced an awesome time while living in Saco Maine. The city is in York County Maine. Saco Maine is a twin city of Biddeford and is near Portland. The town is known for its energetic Funtown Splashtown USA. The town has strong employment and housing prospects for those that ...Read More are looking to relocate. Education is average and the city has a local university. During my 10 years there, I have never had any concerns about safety. Housing is moderately priced, however, the price of living is on a rise.

Some of the best areas in Saco Maine surround Funtown Splashtown USA. It is a dynamic recreational space that offers roller coasters, water parks, playgrounds, and other adventurous thrills. There are plenty of things to do in nearby areas such as shopping and dining. Saco is also famous for its Ferry Beach State Park. This is an area where I could always enjoy a nice walk with amazing scenery. The weather is typical for Maine. The community offers a wealth of fun resources for the community. Read Less
