This northwest suburb of Chicago has one of the most fairly priced housing markets in the area without the excessive taxes of living within the city of Chicago itself. Roselle is close to many attractions, one of which being ...Read More the Woodfield Mall (one of the largest malls in America) just a few minutes away in Schaumburg. Roselle is also close to the Chicago area's largest airport, O'Hare International Airport. The city is well policed and the neighborhoods are safe.

You'll find that Roselle is quite ethnically diverse, and the standards of living are generally higher than the neighboring suburbs with the exception of Schaumburg. The shopping and nightlife in Roselle isn't worth writing home about, but it is so close to more lively suburbs and Chicago that it isn't really a problem for most people looking to have a fun night on the town. Roselle is an excellent option for people looking for work as it is located near many corporate centers.

Overall, Roselle is one of the best areas in the Chicago region for raising a family in a safe environment as well as those looking to save money by not living within the city of Chicago. Read Less
